At Divasya, we are committed to delivering every order with care, reliability, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Order Processing

All confirmed orders are carefully prepared and processed within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Before dispatch, every product goes through a quality and packaging check to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Dispatch Timeline

Once the order has been processed, it is typically dispatched within 7 business days . You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location:

  • Metro Cities: 7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Remote / Rural Locations: 10-14 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and local courier services)

Shipping Coverage

Divasya currently delivers to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted logistics partners.

International shipping is available to selected countries, and delivery timelines may vary depending on customs regulations and local courier operations.

International Orders — Customs Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, import duties, customs taxes, and local levies in the destination country may be applicable and shall be borne entirely by the recipient/customer. Divasya is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Customers are advised to check the import regulations applicable in their jurisdiction before placing an international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation message will be sent via SMS or email with the relevant tracking details.

Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner's tracking system. In case you need assistance, our support team will be happy to help.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, certain situations beyond our control may lead to delays. These may include:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural calamities;
  • Regional or national holidays;
  • Logistics or courier partner disruptions;
  • Government regulations or customs procedures;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.

Divasya will not be held responsible for delays caused by these external circumstances, but our team will always assist in resolving any delivery concerns.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

In the event an order is reported as lost in transit or is not delivered within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, the Customer must notify Divasya within 15 (fifteen) days of the expected delivery date. Upon receipt of such notification, Divasya shall:

  • Initiate an inquiry with the relevant courier/logistics partner within 48 hours;
  • Provide the Customer with a status update within 7 (seven) working days of the inquiry being raised;
  • In the event the shipment is confirmed as lost, Divasya shall, at the Customer's option, either: (a) reship the order (subject to product availability) at no additional cost; or (b) issue a full refund of the order value, processed in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Packaging Standards

Every Divasya order is packed with care and attention to maintain product quality during transit. Fragile or delicate items are securely wrapped with protective materials and sealed properly before dispatch.

Our packaging process is designed to ensure that your order arrives safe, intact, and ready to use.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Divasya will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Any additional shipping costs arising from reshipment may be applicable.
